1. Who processes data

The site owner and data controller is Zhennet Khodzhaeva. Data questions: misszhennet@yandex.ru.

2. What we collect

Only what you enter in the trial lesson form: name, phone number, student’s age, level, preferred contact method and comment.

Learning materials are available without registration. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not track visitors.

3. Why

To contact you about the trial lesson: answer questions and agree on a time. We do not send marketing or share data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Children

If the student is under 14, a parent or guardian submits the form and gives consent.

5. Where data is stored

Requests are not stored on the site. They are forwarded to the owner as a private Telegram message (Telegram servers are located outside Russia). By ticking the consent box you agree to this transfer.

Learning files are stored with the cloud provider Supabase. YouTube videos load only after you press play — from then on YouTube (Google) terms apply.

6. Retention and deletion

The request message stays in the owner’s chat for as long as needed to contact you. To delete your data, write to misszhennet@yandex.ru — we will delete it within 10 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
